Each of our Clients is unique to us. When designing offices, we always try to reflect the company’s identity, history, organizational culture and values, accounting for the Client’s individual needs and requirements.
GREEN
APPROACH
We are a socially responsible company. We know that new jobs can have a significant impact on the environment and the local community. That’s why we strive to work in line with the ‘zero waste’ and ‘less carbon footprint’ approach.

We have our own unique working model. We work on projects in dedicated teams of a few people. The teams support and consult each other at each stage of work. Such a system allows us to grow and our Clients to be sure that the project will be delivered on time.

Above all, we have been brought together by a common passion, mission and openness to new challenges. For a few years, we have been consciously creating a common image and portfolio of The Design Group, supporting each other and sharing knowledge.
Our approach to design
ECOLOGY
Each of our designs is prepared in accordance with the principles of sustainable development.
The material and technological solutions recommended by our team are supposed to ensure the greenest approach possible. In doing so, we take into account e.g. cooperation with local vendors and the use of certified products. When designing a space, we pay close attention to issues such as FSC, LowCarbonFootprint, GOZ, LessWaste, and Recycling certifications.
This approach allows us to implement LEED and BREAM certifications.
ESG
The workspaces we design respond to the goals of ESG,
and thus building the organization with diversity & inclusion in mind, too.
Our designs arrange the space in a sustainable fashion, both in terms of the environment and society. Our recent projects introduce spatial solutions that provide for their use by people with different needs: both introverts and extroverts, people representing different gender identities, and people of different faiths (e.g. prayer rooms, sanitary stations for people of the Muslim faith).
This design approach allows us to implement WELL certification.
ACOUSTICS
With our vast experience, we create top-class acoustic environments.
Mindful of the need for an ergonomic work environment, we attach great importance to the acoustic components of the office.
In the course of projects, we consult acoustics designers. Everything is done so that the necessary 3D environment sound simulations are carried out and the optimal structural and finishing solutions are selected at the concept stage.
TECHNOLOGY
Our designs are made to incorporate integrated technological solutions.
Following guidelines and design workshops with our clients, we introduce solutions such as integrated AV systems paired with the HUMAN CENTRIC LIGHTING concept. Together with our design partners, we are ready to roll out IoT solutions, presence monitoring with Bicons or LowRes cameras, and workstation booking and management systems.
