Example of the process
STATISTICAL SPATIAL OBSERVATIONS
Research lasting 2 weeks aimed at providing quantitative data on the level of employee mobility as well as the nature of their work (levels of individual work, telephone calls and interactions).
Focus group with employees:
a meeting with the representatives of all teams is conducted to analyze how employees adapt to the process of planned and ongoing changes.
SURVEY FOR EMPLOYEES
The purpose of the surveys is to become acquainted with the employees’ perception of the nature of their work and needs related to space. It provides qualitative data supplementing and interpreting the quantitative results of the observations.
Report on the strategy of a new workspace:
a report containing the summary of the research along with the team analysis.
INTERVIEWS WITH MANAGERS
Meetings with the management are intended to provide information on the strategic vision of the new office and the key assumptions for the functioning of the future working environment of each team.
Developing a change management strategy (communication):
preparing a detailed plan for the implementation of changes based on the briefing process of the teams and the number of persons involved.
WORKSHOP WITH THE MANAGEMENT
Workshop during which is selected the direct strategy of the entire office project based on the developed results.
