We are the ones who handle project management and coordination (supervision, order processing, handling of schedules and/or cost estimates) until the office is 100% ready for opening.
The process takes 2 to 3 weeks
BEFORE SIGNING THE LEASE AGREEMENT
- Participation in providing details of the Tenant’s technical requirements
- Developing a schedule of design and implementation works
- Coordinating and ensuring the flow of information from contractors/suppliers
- Coordinating Project studies
- Verifying costs
- Collecting alternative offers for the Tenant’s evaluation, recommendations
- Negotiating the costs of works
- Recommendations for provisions in agreements
AFTER SIGNING THE AGREEMENT
- Reporting on the progress of works
- Technical supervision over the investment project
- Submitting and specifying potential areas of risk/hazards for the project
- Control over the approval of material samples and details
- Evaluation of alternative works
- Participation in partial and final acceptances – lists of faults and defects/supervision over the removal
- Verifying payment documents
- Verifying the final costs
- Supervision closing the project
