ANALYSIS OF BUILDING STANDARD – TECHNICAL + MATERIALS

- Analysis of the standard of building solutions for design possibilities
- Analysis of the documentation available-acquire supplementary information
- Confirmation of the possibility of implementation of possible additional solutions expected by the Tenant

PROJECT PREPARATION

Preparation of multi-branch design documentation for:
- Architecture
- Sanitary installations
- Electrical installations
- HVAC
- Fire protection systems
- Low voltage installations
Construction drawings containing the appropriate scale:
- Layouts
- Sections
- Wall views
- Listings of joinery
- Details

PROJECT CLOSURE

- Preparation of the electronic version and the printed project
- Approval of the documentation with experts in health and safety, health inspector, fire protection
- Advance supply of tender documentation in electronic form (if required)
- Author’s supervision

IMPLEMENTATION/ SUPERVISION

- Identification of potential suppliers and contractors
- Visit on-site during the performance of works
- Supervision the handover
