Wow!Hub, the office of BAT DBS, is a harmonious blend of classic and modern design, crafted with the future of work and the dynamic needs of employees in mind.

In contrast to traditional office layouts, Wow!Hub does not assign fixed workstations but offers various types of spaces and ergonomic workstations, supporting both individual work and collaboration among teams – from individual workstations to quiet areas, libraries, focus rooms, breakout areas, phone booths to conference rooms. The office promotes values such as respect, inclusivity, and a shared mission. We have taken care to introduce neurodiversity into the space, making it not only flexible but also adaptable to the dynamic requirements of teams and individual preferences. To actively involve employees in shaping the space, we collaborated with BAT DBS staff, resulting in the creation of an inspiring work environment that reflects the unique character of the team.

The office interiors exude timeless classic elements enriched with modern touches. Materials such as dark wood, leather, navy, and chrome form a carefully composed combination, emphasizing the elegance and character of the office. Additionally, neon phrases, company slogans, and colorful accents consistent with BAT’s visual identity strengthen the company’s identity, creating an inspiring work environment.

The entrance area captivates with comfortable seats surrounded by greenery, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation. Round seats not only provide comfort but are also functional, allowing employees to use them during daily tasks. In this area, information screens provide real-time updates about office events, contributing to a dynamic atmosphere. Materials used in the project both highlight aesthetics and reflect ecological principles. Next to the entrance area, the jungle room, full of greenery and devoid of electronic devices, serves as a space for regeneration and focused work.

On both floors of the office, there is a specially designed parent and physiotherapy room where employees can access physiotherapy services, and parents can find a moment of privacy. Chillout zones provide all employees with a space for relaxation and inspiration. The kitchen in pastel colors, coffee point, and the game room named “Witcher” have all been carefully adapted to ensure that employees feel comfortable and have access to various forms of relaxation.

In the project, we also incorporated a significant amount of greenery, introducing freshness and nature into the office, positively impacting the well-being of employees. Well-thought-out spaces, such as the jungle room or breakout area, create places for both relaxation and creative work.

Additionally, the office was designed with four-legged friends in mind. A special pet-friendly space reflects BAT DBS’s concern for the diverse lifestyles of employees, fostering an atmosphere of freedom and comfort. This space, where spending time with pets not only brings joy but also builds additional bonds among team members, emphasizes the company’s commitment to the well-being of its employees, making it a priority in the concept of Wow!Hub office.
