The Ayvens office occupies over 2,000 m² on the 9th floor, offering panoramic views of Mokotów. It was designed in a full-flex concept, where diverse functions – from work zones and meeting areas to the kitchen and shared spaces – come together as a coherent whole.

The spatial layout of the Ayvens office exemplifies architecture in which function and form harmonize with the rhythm of the working day. In line with the client’s vision, the space was designed without assigned desks or private offices, emphasizing an open and flexible layout.

Custom furniture solutions and architectural elements organize the interior and give it a clear spatial logic, while carefully selected materials and colors further highlight the functional diversity of the space.
