ANALYSIS OF THE OFFICE PROGRAM

- Initial analysis of the Office program for completeness of information from the tenant
- Submit a list of questions to the tenant
- Optimization of the program – questions/comments
- Proposal to supplement any new potential space functions

INITIAL SPACEPLANS

- Preparation of the preliminary version of spaceplanów (version necessary to refine the expected layout)
- Acquisition from Tenant specific comments and additional information/guidelines
- Furniture implementation
- Feasibility analysis regarding local code

FINAL SPACEPLANS

- Preparation based on the final guidelines, the final space plan in the form of 2D views
- Furniture implementation
- Marking the premises figures
- Review for fire protection
- Guidelines for valuation

Engagement of the Client:
- Presentation of Office program
- Responses to initial questions about the program (1 session up to 1 h)
- Presenting comments to work plans (2-3 sessions up to1 h)
- The analysis of the final spaceplan and guidelines for valuation (1 session up to2 h)
