Marta Konarska-Smykiewicz

A graduate of Art History and Interior Design at PJATK and the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts with a specialization in Interior Design.

Marta has been part of the team since 2017. At The Design Group, she manages the work of the design teams. She also provides full client care, creates concepts, leads projects, coordinates projects and oversees site work.

She loves teamwork, new challenges and beautiful interiors. In design, she focuses on functionality, and when working with clients, she looks for original solutions. She appreciates the courage to implement unorthodox ideas.

So far, she has led projects for companies such as Sanofi, Accor Orbis, Autodesk, OLX Group, PwC Service Delivery Center, Provident Polska, Technip FMC.

Privately, Marta is interested in psychology, and in her free time, she walks with her dog and climbs mountain peaks.
