The design of Yareal Polska’s new headquarters in Warsaw’s LIXA office complex follows the Modern Twist concept, blending timeless elegance with the warmth and comfort of residential interiors. Our aim was to create a workplace that reflects the brand’s commitment to quality and attention to detail while meeting the everyday needs of its employees.
The reception area feels more like an elegant apartment or boutique hotel lobby than a traditional corporate entrance. Herringbone oak flooring, natural stone, warm wood finishes and carefully selected lighting create an inviting yet sophisticated atmosphere. A contemporary stainless steel reception desk adds a subtle contrast, bringing a modern edge to the interior.
Balancing aesthetics with functionality was central to the design. A glazed partition between the reception and kitchen areas allows natural light to flow through while maintaining a visual connection between the two spaces. The kitchen can also be opened up to the adjacent meeting room to accommodate larger team gatherings and company events. Movable partitions in the meeting areas provide further flexibility, allowing the spaces to adapt to different needs.
Throughout the office, we focused on acoustic comfort, ergonomics and providing a variety of spaces for both focused work and collaboration. Warm materials, soft shapes and integrated greenery create a welcoming environment that feels less like a conventional office. We also gave selected furniture and fittings from Yareal’s previous headquarters a new place within the design, seamlessly combining existing elements with the new interiors.
The result is an elegant and functional workplace that reflects Yareal’s identity as a property developer while offering the warmth and comfort of a thoughtfully designed home.
