Our requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in office projects) covering conceptual and construction document development for interiors
- Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD + Autodesk Revit, including: LOD standards, parametric families, parametrisation management, element schedules, BIM360 / Autodesk Documents, collaborative work
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to read technical documentation, including trade documentation
- Logical thinking and ability to solve design problems
- Ability to work with clients
- Responsibility, diligence, commitment, independence
- Teamwork skills
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Knowledge of / ability to apply technical conditions, standards and building regulations
- Desire to develop and find solutions that make work easier
- Awareness of design trends in commercial spaces, interest in culture, art, architecture and design
Scope of responsibilities
- Comprehensive design of office interiors
- Drawing and preparing construction documents
- Drawing and preparing ID projects
- Preparing technical documentation
- Strict cost control and preparation of cost estimates
- Acting in accordance with building regulations for commercial projects
- Client service
- Advisory within the above scope
- Design supervision / inspections
- Close cooperation with the construction / supervision manager
- Other assigned tasks
Nice to have
- Ability to create dynamic blocks
- Knowledge of the Dynamo environment
- Ability to create textures for models
- Ability to create 3D models in Revit or compatible applications
