Xceedance Consulting Polska in Its New Headquarters
The High5ive office and service complex has gained another tenant. The consulting company Xceedance Consulting Polska will have its headquarters in the office building.
The new tenant of the Kraków High5ive complex is a global provider of technology and analytical solutions in insurance services management. The new Xceedance headquarters will be located in building High5ive 4 on Pawia Street. Walter Herz advised on the process of location selection, lease term negotiations and space arrangement.
The new Xceedance office will have 1,500 sqm and will be arranged in keeping with work-life balance principles, taking into account the company’s business needs. The office design was prepared by designer Martyna Smętek from The Design Group.
High5ive is a modern office complex in the centre of Kraków, just next to the Main Railway Station and Galeria Krakowska. The investment offers in five office buildings a total of 70,000 sqm of space for lease. The investor is Skanska.
