What Will 2025 Be Like?
At the start of 2025, we decided to investigate how this year looks in architecture. In addition to the general perspective, the invited architects also outline detailed studio plans within which they operate. We find out what projects they are working on, which of the designed buildings will take material shape, what ambitions will influence their activity this year. We invite you to read on!

2025 in architecture looks like a time of adaptation to dynamic changes. The office market is taking advantage of the opportunities offered by the hybrid work model, which requires thoughtful planning and designing flexible and multifunctional spaces. Companies are increasingly choosing solutions that support productivity, employee wellbeing and community building. Decarbonization and AI-driven design, which allows for faster and more precise adaptation of spaces to changing needs, are also becoming visible trends.
For The Design Group studio, 2025 is an intense time, with one of the key tasks being the realization of the currently largest project in the office market – the Santander Bank headquarters in Warsaw, the design of which is our own work. We also observe market dynamics that provide grounds for optimistic forecasts. We focus on designing spaces responding to new business tasks, such as flexible offices or places supporting community building. We are also testing the implementation of AI at various stages of the design process, which supports us in creating more functional and personalized interiors, combining innovation, aesthetics and a sustainable approach.
