An Office Designed for the Future
The Allegro office in Nowy Rynek D is one of the largest office realisations in Poznań. The complex has 10 floors and offers nearly 25,000 sqm of space – Allegro’s move from Pixel to Nowy Rynek was the largest office lease transaction in the history of the city. The Design Group project focuses on ergonomics and a hybrid model: glazing letting in natural light, wooden slats and a circle as characteristic visual motifs create a cohesive, friendly space.
The interiors are decorated with hand-painted murals referring to Poznań legends and the history of the city. In the nursery zone for employees’ children, a space rocket reigns supreme – one of the most recognisable details of the entire project.
Prestige on a Global Scale
International Property Awards is one of the most prestigious competitions in the real estate sector – it has been organised for over 29 years. The competition involves over 80 experts from around the world assessing projects in over 50 categories. The jury includes Lord Caithness. The award confirms the position of The Design Group as one of the leading office studios in Poland and Europe.
