Solutions Rent Coworking Office by The Design Group
A new, exceptional coworking office has appeared on Warsaw’s map, prepared for Solutions Rent Coworking. The interior designed by The Design Group of Konrad Krusiewicz is located in the restored Raczyński tenement building — a gem of Warsaw architecture. Although the building gained a modern character after its reconstruction, its long history is still palpable inside.

That is precisely why, from the very beginning, the design concept was to create an interior that would complement the building’s surroundings. This gave rise to the concept of an eclectic office space that, with its elegance, gives a sense of freedom, stimulates creativity and “invites” continuous discovery.
The basis of the project is a classic and timeless combination of white, black and grey. We decided to enrich it with bold wall colours in the creative work rooms, diverse fabrics, paintings and rugs. Glazing and doors received muntins, and the walls were finished with stucco. All of this sets this space apart from other coworking interiors. – says Konrad Krusiewicz.
“My greatest challenge was to design a functional office that would simultaneously have the character of a diverse and creative space. I wanted to create an exceptional interior, stylistically different from other such places. Thanks to its diversity, the Solutions Rent Coworking project gave me the opportunity to realise many artistic visions I had been thinking about for a long time.” – says Emilia Wójcicka, designer at TDG.
Comfortable and Practical Furniture
An important element of the entire realisation is the furniture — comfortable and practical, but above all homely and elegant. That is why in this interior we find design referencing classic craftsmanship with attention to the smallest details. On the space we will also find selected ornaments in the form of sculptures, old photo albums, mirrors and candlesticks. As a result, the interior is cosy and acquires an exceptional character.
“I am most proud of the fact that we managed to create an interior that not only provides users with ideal working conditions, but above all gives it a cosy atmosphere with its style, reminiscent of an urban café in an old tenement building.” – adds Emilia Wójcicka.
Upon entering the office, a spacious, bright reception full of golden elements greets you. The reception interior with a reception desk in the form of a marble block is equipped with comfortable, soft furniture and abundant greenery. The true heart of the office, however, is undoubtedly the bar — it is a meeting and relaxation spot, but also perfectly suited for working in a less formal environment. The Solutions Rent Coworking office has two such spaces — one on each floor.
Dressed in diverse seating areas, shelves full of magazines and books, a pool table and a television, it encourages staying longer. The office is equipped with comfortable conference rooms, phone booths, office rooms for one or more people, and open team workspace areas, so everyone will find a place to realise their business plans.
