Societe Generale Entities to Move to the Studio Office Complex in Warsaw

Societe Generale Branch in Poland and SG Equipment Leasing Polska, subsidiaries of the French financial group Societe Generale, will move to an office in the Studio complex, being developed by Skanska, in early 2024. Both subsidiaries were supported in the negotiation process and selection of the new office by experts from the advisory firm CBRE.

Societe Generale Branch in Poland and SG Equipment Leasing Polska will move to Building B, which is part of the Studio office complex on ul. Prosta in Warsaw. The new tenants will be able to take advantage not only of the sustainable and innovative office space, but also of the rich gastronomic and entertainment offering provided by the Norblin Factory, located in the immediate vicinity. The office building will be handed over for use in August 2023.
