At the Real Estate Management Congress 2025, Konrad Krusiewicz will lead an interactive session that will help organize what in practice often turns out to be more complex than it seems.
This is a workshop for those who manage the process, make schedule decisions, and need to understand the dependencies between teams – not just for architects❗️
