A Giant Chose Kraków. Here Is an Office Full of Inspiring Design
The Kraków office of PeopleScout a TrueBlue Company occupies 600 sqm of modernly arranged workspace — in a more and less formal atmosphere — as well as relaxation space. There is, among other things, an open space with 70 workstations at desks, as well as comfortable sofas and armchairs for less formal meetings. And all of this surrounded by interesting textures, materials and carpets, creating an inspiring and comfortable space.
The company PeopleScout a TrueBlue Company decided to locate its first European branch in Kraków. It is in Kraków that well-educated specialists from over 20 universities enter the job market every year, and it is precisely they who are at the centre of PeopleScout a TrueBlue Company’s interest.
The company’s headquarters, located in the Orange building, was designed primarily with the needs and comfort of employees in mind — the company’s most valuable asset. The design was created by The Design Group design studio led by Konrad Krusiewicz, and experts from Kinnarps took care of the selection and delivery of office furnishings. – Innovation and quality are the key values that guide our company. That is why it was important to us that our Kraków office be created in collaboration with the best specialists on the market, who offer modern solutions – said Michał Dranka, Director – Global Support Team at PeopleScout a TrueBlue Company.
Just Like Home
The PeopleScout a TrueBlue Company office was created in line with current global trends in office space planning. – We wanted our office to be a value in itself, not just a place of work. The arrangement created by the architects from The Design Group studio and experts from Kinnarps gives a sense of freedom and positively affects employee wellbeing, which in turn translates into their daily effectiveness – emphasises Michał Dranka.

The grey of the carpets and swivel chairs harmonises perfectly with the oak desktop surfaces, white furniture frames and brick on the wall. Green and grey fabrics on the relaxation armchairs add a refined look to the interior. A further 80 sqm of space, where the dominant colours are greys, greens and navy blues, has been arranged in a less formal way, intended for work and relaxation. A large wooden table with bar stools is a place to work, but also for conversations and meetings in a more casual than office atmosphere. As are the adjacent comfortable armchairs, sofas and seats creating a warm, homely atmosphere.
The heart of every home is the kitchen — in this case it is similar: 70 sqm has been arranged as a meeting place for all company employees, along with a chillout zone. In the central part of the room there is a long wooden table, and further along — comfortable armchairs, a sofa and seats with small tables. Employees also have two conference rooms in white colour scheme at their disposal. – This is one of the most beautiful and interesting realisations in Kraków, representing an unconventional approach to office space. Work areas blend with relaxation areas, creating an atmosphere of both focus and creativity and relaxation – comments Małgorzata Wala, Key Account Manager responsible for the project at Kinnarps.
Agile Working, a Flexible Working Model
The PeopleScout a TrueBlue Company office perfectly reflects current market trends and was designed in a way that incorporates solutions enabling flexible working. – We strive to give our employees maximum flexibility in the office space, combined with the ability to work from home. Adding ‘temporary workstations’ to the arrangement perfectly fits our company’s further development plans – concludes Michał Dranka.
