Grand Opening of the .KTW II Office Building and the PwC SDC Headquarters
The .KTW II office building, located at ul. Roździeńskiego in Katowice, has been officially opened! This is the flagship TDJ Estate investment, offering nearly 40,000 sqm of modern office space. The event was accompanied simultaneously by the opening of the new headquarters of PricewaterhouseCoopers Service Delivery Center, which leased 9 floors in the tallest office building in Katowice – close to 1/4 of the available office space in the tower. In total, nearly 1,600 PwC SDC employees will work here. The architectural studio The Design Group is behind the advisory firm’s office project.
PricewaterhouseCoopers Service Delivery Center (PwC SDC), being part of the PwC advisory firm network, is one of the largest companies in the BPO/SSC sector and modern business services on the local and Polish market. The company recently moved its office to the newly built .KTW II building, located in the Katowice Culture Zone. The TDJ investment is adjacent to, among others, the headquarters of the National Polish Radio Symphony Orchestra, the International Congress Centre and the ‘Spodek’ entertainment and sports arena. The tallest office building in Katowice offers nearly 40,000 sqm of rental space of the highest Class A technical standard.
On Thursday, 12 January, the grand opening ceremony of the newly built .KTW II office building took place. Several dozen people attended the event. The guest of honour was Marcin Krupa (President of the City of Katowice), whose presence confirms the significance of the investment for the city’s development.
Guests had the opportunity to tour the office building and the spaces of the headquarters of the building’s largest tenant, PricewaterhouseCoopers Service Delivery Center.

Every year we expand the scope of our activities; today nearly 1,800 specialists and experts from our offices in Katowice and Opole collaborate with colleagues from approximately 50 countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (the EMEA region). We provide optimal and tailored working conditions, which is why we decided to move to an office that supports effective collaboration and the building of interpersonal relationships – says Andrzej Paschek, managing director of PwC Service Delivery Center in Katowice.
The PwC SDC office space of nearly 10,000 sqm was designed by architects from the Warsaw studio The Design Group. They developed a full executive plan from concept to supervision.
– The community created by PricewaterhouseCoopers Service Delivery Center employees was from the outset emphasised by the Client as key. This has taken on even greater significance in the post-pandemic reality, in which social relationships are the most common reason for returning to the office. The new PwC SDC office is therefore a place strongly associated with integration, communication and collaboration among the people who make up the company. We have ensured high acoustic comfort and flexibility of space here.
