Coworking in Warsaw: We Looked Inside 26 Concepts

Which coworking concepts are the most popular in Warsaw? Who stands behind them? How are their interiors designed? Property Design looked at the coworking spaces in the capital.

Among the 26 concepts featured was the brand Solutions.Rent, which was established over three years ago and soon opened two prestigious office spaces in the centre of Warsaw. All interior design projects to date have been handled by the Warsaw-based architectural studio The Design Group.

The Solutions.Rent interiors are dominated by bold colours. Loft motifs with industrial lamps, resin or wooden flooring and open ceilings appear in places. Add to this wooden tables, ergonomic kitchens, upholstered furniture and plenty of glazing – all planned so as not to compromise the privacy of tenants, which is so important in such spaces. The whole is completed by greenery, carefully chosen wall graphics and spaces designed for relaxation.
