We Know the Best Offices in Poland! Office Superstar 2021 Final
Despite the pandemic, office space remains a company’s calling card and a place that builds employee relationships. In the first half of this year alone, office space in Warsaw grew by 226,000 sqm and in the regions by 124,000 sqm – according to data from CBRE, organiser of the Office Superstar competition for the best office space in Poland. The winners included Grupa Żywiec, GSK Tech Poznań, LPP, Clariant Services, Eurofins GSC IT, FMC Technologies and Callstack.
“Although the changes resulting from the pandemic did not bypass the office market, the importance of company space has not diminished. Employees miss the office. Our research carried out with Grafton Recruitment shows that 64% of them want to work in a hybrid mode. They need a place for collaborative work, exchanging ideas, maintaining good relationships with others. Offices are also an important element of a company’s image, which is not only able to attract the best, but also maintain the loyalty of proven, reliable employees. That is why we are so pleased to have returned to our competition for the best office in Poland after the pandemic break.” – Natalia Wenzławska, Deputy Director of Marketing and Communications, CBRE.
In this year’s edition of the Office Superstar competition, companies also competed at the regional level. The award for the best office in Warsaw went to Grupa Żywiec, with a commendation going to Polpharma Biologics. The title of best office in Poznań went to GSK Tech Poznań, in Łódź to Clariant Services. Among Krakow offices, the number one turned out to be the FMC Technologies office.
“This year’s edition of the competition confirmed the thesis that for many companies, the office is an integral part of the company’s DNA. It is not just a space with a proverbial desk, chair and printer. A well-designed office is a place that employees want to return to, where new business ideas are born and attachment to the employer is built – something that cannot be achieved through online meetings.” – Natalia Wenzławska, Deputy Director of Marketing and Communications, CBRE.
