Five Office Floors at Norblin Factory for Allegro. Tenant Represented by Cresa
Allegro has leased nearly 16,200 sqm at the Norblin Factory. The tenant was represented in negotiations with the Capital Park Group by the international advisory firm Cresa, and the interior design of the new office was handled by the Warsaw architectural studio The Design Group.
Allegro is growing at an unprecedented pace: over 20 million users visit the site every month, making Allegro the favourite shopping destination in Poland. Last year, the number of offers available for customers to choose from increased by 40%, and a new business account is created every 5 minutes. Allegro’s rapid growth rate and the subsequent development of the team will require office expansion in several locations in Poland. Allegro is headquartered in Poznań, with offices in Warsaw, Toruń, Wrocław and Kraków. The company currently employs 2,100 people. The Warsaw office employs 640 specialists.
