A Solution for Małachowski
POLAND — Solution Space opened an office space for rent in the Warsaw Plac Małachowskiego building owned by Generali Real Estate.
Solution Space offers offices and dedicated desks for rent. The network leased 2,600 sqm in the Plac Małachowskiego building — two floors (fourth and fifth) in the new part of the building. Tenants have at their disposal, in addition to rentable workspaces (prices from 1,600 PLN per desk in a separate office), a reception on the fourth floor, a communal area with a kitchen, conference rooms and so-called phone booths. At Solution Space it is not possible to rent a hot desk, and there is no Solution Space logo at the reception, so as not to mislead guests visiting tenants. The interior of the space was designed by The Design Group studio. Solution Space will also open its workspace in the Ethos building at Plac Trzech Krzyży. There, desk prices will differ, among other things, depending on the view from the window (overlooking the square and the building’s patio). The minimum rate is 800 PLN per dedicated desk. Solution Space leased 3,600 sqm in Ethos, which will open on 10 December. At Ethos, the network will also offer so-called hot desks.
Solution Space has plans for further locations in Poland. City centres are being considered (Warsaw, Poznań, Tricity, Kraków and Wrocław).
