There’s Chemistry Among the Listed Buildings
The new office of the chemical corporation Clariant at Łódź’s Monopolis is now complete. The company has consolidated its Łódź offices and opened a new shared service centre where over 300 people from 20 countries work.
The office interiors maintain an industrial atmosphere combined with elegance. The project assumed references to the Swiss style reaching back to the brand’s roots, while blending naturally into the historical fabric of the former Łódź Vodka Manufacture.
Cushman & Wakefield supported Clariant in the leasing process and project management; in consortium with The Design Group Konrad Krusiewicz architectural office it also developed the interior design; together with the Bierć Kancelaria Radców Prawnych law firm it took care of legal support; and together with Nowy Styl – of the furnishing.
