Mateusz Strzelecki
Partner and Head of Regional Markets at Walter Herz advisory firm.
He specialises in tenant representation, supporting companies in acquiring office space, relocation, consolidation and lease renewals. During his more than 7 years of work at Walter Herz he has coordinated lease transactions for nearly 250,000 sqm of office space across the country. Together with his team of experts they have had the pleasure of representing, among others, the Nokia Group, SABA SOFTWARE, the MWW and XCEEDANCE law firms, and RTB HOUSE. He was also responsible at Walter Herz for developing regional markets. Mateusz is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology and holds a postgraduate degree in real estate management and corporate finance from the Kozminski Academy in Warsaw.
Konrad Krusiewicz
Architect, Founder and CEO, The Design Group
Architect, founder and owner of The Design Group architectural studio. A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at Białystok University of Technology. For over 15 years associated with the commercial real estate and office interior design sector, serving a wide spectrum of clients. An excellent understanding of the market, broad architectural knowledge and boundless creativity mean he does not shy away from experimentation or from creating pioneering office designs for large corporations. Since 2015, his architectural studio The Design Group has carried out more than 400,000 sqm of design work across Poland and has won numerous domestic and international industry awards. Their clients include companies such as Allegro, Clariant, Euronet, UPC, DHL, Santander, Skanska and many more.
