Works of Art in a Brick Setting: Clariant Office in Łódź
The headquarters of the Polish branch of Swiss company Clariant is located in the historic spaces of the former Vodka Monopoly factory – Monopolis in Łódź.
“In the interior design of the Clariant office, the most important thing for us was to combine contemporary architecture with the history of Monopolis, Clariant’s DNA and the most advanced technological solutions. The over-hundred-year-old building has a great many brick walls, which we wanted to showcase, and at the same time arrange around the guiding idea of art closer to people – presented on 79 large-format seamless photo wallpapers.” – Konrad Krusiewicz, The Design Group
