.KTW II Officially Opened – The Largest Office Occupies 9 Floors!
The flagship TDJ Estate investment offering nearly 40,000 sqm of modern office space, the .KTW II office building in Katowice, has been officially opened – alongside the 9-floor office of its largest tenant, whose project was created by The Design Group studio.
The .KTW II office building, located at ul. Roździeńskiego in Katowice, has been officially opened. The event was accompanied simultaneously by the opening of the new headquarters of PricewaterhouseCoopers Service Delivery Center, which leased 9 floors in the tallest office building in Katowice – close to 1/4 of the available office space in the tower. In total, nearly 1,600 PwC SDC employees will work here.

PricewaterhouseCoopers Service Delivery Center (PwC SDC), being part of the PwC advisory firm network, is one of the largest companies in the BPO/SSC sector and modern business services on the local and Polish market. The company recently moved its office to the newly built .KTW II building, located in the Katowice Culture Zone. The TDJ investment is adjacent to, among others, the headquarters of the National Polish Radio Symphony Orchestra, the International Congress Centre and the ‘Spodek’ entertainment and sports arena. The tallest office building in Katowice offers nearly 40,000 sqm of rental space of the highest Class A technical standard.
On Thursday, 12 January, the grand opening ceremony of the newly built .KTW II office building took place.
Due to the extraordinary location of the office, culture, art and regional traditions became one of the main guidelines for the design of the PricewaterhouseCoopers Service Delivery Center headquarters. At the same time, each space was designed individually, based on discussions with the Client and its employees. As a result, we created an office that combines the most important PwC values, Silesian identity and the business character of the region. Industrial character combines here with modernity, complemented by cosy, home-like accents. – explains architect Marta Konarska from The Design Group, responsible for the PricewaterhouseCoopers Service Delivery Center office design.
