Ayvens Office at P180 – A Modern Space
In the P180 office building on Puławska Street in Warsaw, the new headquarters of Ayvens has been established – an international brand in the vehicle rental and leasing industry, created as a result of the LeasePlan acquisition by ALD Automotive. The interior design was realized by The Design Group studio.
A functional layout based on logic and spatial rhythm
The Ayvens office covers over 2,000 m² on the 9th floor with a panoramic view over Mokotów. It was designed in a full flex format, so that various functions – from work zones, through meeting spaces, to the kitchen and communal areas – form a logical whole. The layout of the Ayvens office is an example of architecture in which function and form work in harmony with the rhythm of the working day. In accordance with the client’s assumptions, the space foregoes assigned workstations or private offices, opting for an open layout.
Furniture units and architectural elements organize the space and build its internal logic. Appropriately selected materials and colors further emphasize the functional differentiation of the interior.
The townhall as the heart of the office
The heart of the office is a meeting zone with mobile walls that allow for flexible division and connection of the space. When slid together, an expansive townhall with a coffee point emerges – a place for shared events and presentations. A glazed kitchen with a dining area subtly connects to this space, creating a functional-visual sequence. This solution makes it possible to adapt the space to various formats – from small group meetings to full team gatherings.
Aesthetics in Ayvens colors
The Ayvens office interiors are an example of a consistent approach to design. The color palette base consists of neutral shades – whites, beiges, and grays – which create a backdrop for vivid turquoise and navy accents – the brand colors, consistently introduced in various parts of the office. These colors, present in the reception, kitchen, furniture units, and meeting room walls, serve not only an identification function but also an orientation and ordering one.
Turquoise appears in various scales and materials: as acoustic upholstery, furniture fronts, finishing details, or backgrounds for branding elements. Such use of color builds a clear and recognizable visual language that organizes the space.
The reception, furniture units, communal zones, and kitchen were finished with great attention to detail. Warm wood tones, fabrics with a distinctive texture, and soft lighting in communal areas give the interiors a friendly and subdued character. Material and color consistency translates into aesthetic cohesion, while introducing subtle variety.
A sustainable approach
The project was created with respect for responsible design principles. When selecting materials, The Design Group team was guided not only by their aesthetics and durability, but also by their environmental impact. Some of the furnishings, including furniture from the previous office, were reused, which underlines the rational approach to resources.
Thanks to the modular layout and durable materials, the space was prepared for long-term use, without the need for frequent rearrangements.
Behind the Ayvens office project stands The Design Group team of architects: Konrad Krusiewicz, Martyna Bosek, Masha Kharchuk, and Natallia Wasilewska. Their precise approach, attention to detail, and ability to combine form with function translated into a realization that unites durability with a modern approach to space organization.
