In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (RODO), which enters into force on May 25, 2018, we would like to inform you about the way we process your data and the rights you have.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Administrator has not appointed a Data Protection Officer. In matters relating to the protection of personal data and in order to exercise your rights, we indicate the contact details of the person acting as the Information Security Administrator with whom you may\u0328 contact\u0301 in matters of protection of your personal data: e-mail konrad.krusiewicz@thedesigngroup.pl or in writing to the registered office address indicated in Section 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We process this data in connection with our business for the purpose of fulfilling contracts and orders entrusted to us by you, or to take action at your request, prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6 (1) pt. “b” RODO), for the sale of services, for marketing purposes, promotion of products and services, for business communications and other legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) of the RODO), or for the purpose of legitimate interests pursued by The Design Group, i.e. in connection with the conclusion and execution and recording of contracts with persons for whom you act as their employee\/co-worker (art. 6(1)(f) of the RODO).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Personal information is transferred within the scope of statutory obligations to state authorities such as tax administrators, courts, law enforcement agencies. We will also transfer necessary personal information when using subcontractors – this includes postal, accounting, legal, IT contractor and other external subcontractors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Please be informed that your data may be profiled, in particular for marketing purposes, including offering products and services based on your assigned preferences, as well as for internal needs. Data in our resources will be used for profiling, based on which it will be possible to develop a personalized product offer. You have the right at any time to object to the profiling of your data for marketing purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You have the following rights related to the processing of your personal data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Your personal data will be kept for the duration and execution of the concluded contracts referred to in point 2), for the duration of the possibility of concluding such contracts and for the duration of the legal effects of such contracts, and for the assessment and execution of claims arising from such contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We would like to inform you that we make every effort to ensure that your data is processed securely and in accordance with the letter of the law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We would also like to inform you that by providing us with the data needed to fulfill the order, you simultaneously give your consent to their processing by the Administrator. Your provision of personal data is a condition for the conclusion of a contract between you and the Administrator or between the person on whose behalf you act and the Administrator, while you are not obliged to provide personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
